We catch up with one of our very first guests Olivia Stadler (@ostadz). We have a great conversation about her last year and a half in the comedy world and how she's experienced her journey as well as the terrific new comedy show case she produces at The Comedy Bar called Literally Dead! It's a terrific conversation that touches on her inspirations, how dance has informed her performance style and some funny (and not so funny) experiences. Thanks to Olivia for coming back and we look forward to checking in down the road.
Additionally I'm happy to share that we are joining the lineup of the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival! We will be returning to stage for a live show, guests and album to be announced soon but you can get your tickets to hear us live at the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival website. We look forward to seeing you there.
Welcome to the inaugural episode of The Comedy Album Book Club's podcast. Jason was joined at The Social Capital Theatre by guest panelists comedians Olivia Stadler and Jules Osen as well as video game and pop culture blogger Matthew Ardill to mull over the classic An Evening with Mike Nichols and Elaine May and discuss its impact on comedy history with thanks to engineer Andrea Miller for bringing the noise.
